Trekking Ben Nevis for George
George is a 3 year old little boy with cystic fibrosis. We have a team of 6 people raising money to find a cure for this life limiting condition
Raising money for
Cystic Fibrosis Trust
Anthony and I are trekking Ben Nevis to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust alongside our lovely family, Chris Bullen, Jacqueline Bullen, Matt Bolton & Helen Bolton
In March 2015 my son George following life saving bowel surgery (hours after birth) was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF).
CF is a life shortening condition that slowly affects the lungs and digestive system. Although he is only 3 years old, to stay well, George, has to swallow 15 tablets and take various medications each day.
On top of this he has to use a daily nebuliser, and has physio (patting) twice a day combined with airways clearance breathing exercise for 20 minutes a time (increasing to 1 hr a day when he has a cough)
His life is currently limited by this condition which is something we would like to change, please help us raise money to give him and others like him a chance at a 'normal' life.
Every penny donated to this relatively small charity goes towards improving the life of people with CF.
