Team 353 - Para 10

About

So once more a team of intrepid individuals will complete one of the most arduous 10 mile endurance events as part of "Team 353".

The team will cover the 10 Mile P company course for 353 a charitable trustset up in the mempory of Private Conrad Lewis of the Parachute Regiment.

He completed the course many times carrying extreme weights and obstacles as all Para's do - to secure his covetedPara Beret. We will complete it as best we can, in a variety of times andlevels of fitnessto honour his sacrifice. Feel free to join us and join in - applications open on the day.

Para 10 - Catterick

Pegasus Company (P Company) is the selection for the Parachute Regiment, 1 of the tests is the 10 miler completed in under 1hr 50mins carrying 35lbs and carrying a weapon. It is this test that forms the foundation of the PARAS’10.

The course is only open to the public for this one event every year. It is a unique experience and endurance event.

You can complete the course in running gear (as we will) or you can tab it with the 35lb pack.

The essence of the event is taking part, challenging yourself and rasing money and spirits.
