St. George's Hospital Boat Club is an entirely student-run sports society at St. George's University of London. Its members have been rowing in the tideway since 1839.
Our members row competitively and take part in many academic, social, and charitable events during the academic year.

SGHBC ROW for St. George's Hospital Charity
St. George's Hospital Boat Club's current members, past members and friends are once again rowing for over 24hours non-stop to raise money for charity. 100% of online donations through our btmydonate account will go directly to St. George's Hospital Charity. This year we have chosen for proceeds to go to the charity's Cardiac Appeal, after one of our very own members suffered from a cardiac condition earlier this year that sadly kept him away from rowing for the rest of the year.
We'll be on the rowing machines uninterruptedly starting at 2pm Thursday March 23rd to Friday March 24th 6pm by the St. George's Hospital main entrance, and near the university's reception (next to the bust of Edward Jenner). Come say hi and support our cause of helping St.George's Hospital Charity! We need all the support we can get, so please be as generous as possible!
