3 Peaks for 3 Charities
I am doing the National 3 Peaks Challenge in September with a group of friends

My son, Charlie, has Severe Haemophilia A. The condition means his blood does not clot properly. Charlie began intravenous treatment (prophylaxis) 2 years ago to help his blood clot.
In October Charlie was diagnosed with inhibitors (antibodies against his treatment) which unfortunately meant his prophylaxis stopped working.
Charlie was fitted with a Portacath and has since begin and intensive therapy to treat the inhibitor. He has treatment twice a day. He is at increased risk of bleeding so also requires a 'bypassing agent' regularly to stop bleeding episodes.
The 3 charities I am supporting have been invaluable to Charlie and our family over the last 12 months. Charlie is under the care of Addenbrookes and The Haemophilia Centre will be one of the 3 charities to benefit from our Challenge.
The 3 charities are:
Addenbrookes Charitable Trust (Haemophilia Fund 9302)
Molly Olly's Wishes
Beads of Courage UK
