Ryan's London to Amsterdam charity ride
This year i have decided to set myself the challenge of cycling from London to Amsterdam in aid of The Smile of Arran Trust.
Raising money for
The Smile of Arran Trust
Donations accepted until 04-09-2017
I have been inspired by a lovely, cheeky little lad from my home village in Suffolk, to do my bit in trying to raise as much money as possible for such a wonderful charity. Arran had the most infectious smile, and everyone who was lucky enough to know him will agree. The Smile of Arran Trust is involved in some amazing work helping children and their families that have been affected by brain tumours
London to Amsterdam cycle - The Smile of Arran
The challenge will start on 31th May 2017 in Crystal Palace, London. Day one will consist of cycling roughly 90 miles from there to Dover, before hopping on the ferry over to Calais. Day 2 is around an 80 miles ride from Calais to Bruges. Day 3 is the longest day of riding, at around 98 miles from Bruges to Breda! Day 4, the final day of riding (I’m bound to be very sore in certain places by this time!) and is roughly 90 miles. Day 5, will be spent recovering in Amsterdam before crawling on the Eurostar back to London.
