Andrew Higson still hasn't learned to say "no" at 35 years old.  Seriously, why would he choose to run a 100km ultra marathon... he can just about run a bath!

Neil Higson was roped in by his big brother... and he's supposed to be the sensible one.  Is it sibling rivalry?  Or is the participation in ridiculous endurance events a genetic weakness in the Higson clan?

He who dares, Rodney...

Event details

Race to the Stones

We (Andrew and Neil Higson) are joining some friends this July in the Race to the Stones; a 100km ultra-marathon in Wiltshire. We'll be running to raise money for the Samantha Sykes Foundation.

The fund's work involves supporting young people in the Yorkshire
region, specifically those who are/have been in the care of the local authority and are thus at increased risk of harm, for example, from child sexual exploitation. Their mission is to work together with other, carefully selected, not-for-profit organisations, to provide targeted support to inspire these young people to achieve their full potential.

This is a fantastic charity that we're extremely proud to support. Every penny that you're able to donate will make a massive difference to young people in the region.

Dig deep, give kindly, and say a little prayer for our poor feet!

Thank you,

Andy and Neil Higson
