Prime Advocates is a not for profit consultancy, think tank, and regulated law firm providing strategic advisory to Social Enterprises or any entity engaging in Social Finance and Impact Investing. Prime Advocates Foundation's broad mission is to grow the social finance ecosystem "diffusing the barriers inhibiting the growth of the impact investment sector and enabling the advancement of social enterprise innovation, making the planet and people's lives better. Anthony Murphy, founder of Prime Advocates. Prime Advocates Foundation progresses its mission through charitable support for numerous transformative impact projects each year. These include, a free virtual accelerator fostering post-graduate social entrepreneurship; Women of Impact, a female mentorship programme to help scale social enterprises which address gender issues; and internship opportunities.

Prime Advocates Foundation was set up in 2014 under the auspices of Prism the Gift Fund (UK registered charity no. 1099682) to allow for donations to support the charitable elements of Prime Advocates's work, namely but not exclusively: pro bono legal service provision, strategic social impact consultancy, and education and educational services around impact investing/social finance.
