NINJA TUNE MATCH FUND- HELP REFUGEES WINTER APPEAL
This is the worst refugee crisis the world has faced since WWII, with 65 million people displaced by conflict – half of them children. Winter is a particularly perilous time for those in camps and on the migrant route, many of whom survive without suitable accommodation - sleeping in tents and derelict buildings & without adequate clothing, food or medication. Ninja Tune wish to support Help Refugees who are the biggest facilitator of grass root humanitarian aid for refugees in Europe. With minimal overheads, every pound donated to them can be traced to its tangible impact on the ground.
Ninja Tune want to thank everyone who donated on Giving Tuesday, we achieved a great result! £15838 was raised in the match fund period which we have now matched as an offline donation.
Whilst our match fund is over, please carry on donating here. Help Refugees are dedicated to bringing much needed shelter, warm clothing, food, medicine and more to the children and adults facing this difficult situation, especially in these harsh winter months. Whilst we no longer see harrowing images of the suffering of refugees every day, it still continues minute-by-minute.
