About

Having suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum during my own pregnancy, I am determined to do all I can to support the charity that supports women like me!

When the "Nine Months Of" campaign was launched I decided to spend nine months crocheting items to sell in an auction to raise funds. 100% of all sales in the auction will go direct to Pregnancy Sickness Support.
My challenge involves spending a minimum of 10 minutes every day (or 70 minutes every week) crocheting specifically for the auction... I hope to do more than this but I needed to keep it an achievable target (after all I have a young toddler to run around after who is fascinated by my crochet hook and more likely to run off with it than help me make something).
I am using yarn left over in my stash and yarn donated by others to produce these items.

Event details

Nine Months Of...

Several volunteers are participating in a “9 months of…” campaign in order to raise money and awareness of the Pregnancy Sickness Support charity. Individuals will set themselves a “challenge” to complete over a 9 month period. The challenges will start on 8th August and last 40 weeks to coincide with International Hyperemesis Gravidarum Awareness Day on 15th May 2014.
