My name is Matthew and i have always enjoyed an element of fitness. I have been running and training for several years now, as well as enjoying a golf career both professionally and as an amateur.

i have entered the Newport marathon and decided that i would raise money for Cyfannol Women's Aid. This is because through my wifes work, i have seen the many wonderful things they offer men and women alike who have been subjected to domestic violence and sexual violence. Raising money for this charity would be a privalage and an honour..... no one should live their lives in fear!
