Nearly 1 in 4 adults my age are living with a death sentence in my country. I grew up in a small town in South Africa, a country with the biggest HIV epidemic in the world, with 6.3 million people living with HIV.
Now, imagine being born without parents and with AIDS- a death sentence. These are the most devastated children, and they need every bit of support we can provide.
Nelson Mandela once said:"There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats its children."
I believe in this, and as a society we have the responsibility to do all we can to support children in dire situations. We DO have the resources, funds and ability. We just need awareness and generosity. This is why I'm climbing Everest and raising funds for AIDS Orphans. To bring awareness and to bring out generosity. I ask you to help some of the most devastated children on the planet. £1, £10 or £1000. Every donation counts.

AIDS Orphan is a small yet highly deserving charity. Supporting children in the third world who have fallen victim to HIV/AIDs, AIDS Orphan funds orphanages and Elimination of Mother to Baby Transmission projects around the world. HIV/AIDs is still devastating millions of lives around the world, despite falling out of the public eye, it is still a prolific disease that needs great support.
“At AIDS Orphan we believe that every child orphaned by AIDS deserves our love and protection as well as a decent chance in life. If you believe that too, then please join us.”
