I am a professional speaker, facilitator and trainer.  In September 2017 I began my PhD journey researching the Imposter Syndrome (truly a phenomenon!).  This is where people feel that they are not really worthy of the success they have achieved and they worry that eventually they will be 'found out'.

Imposter feelings are surprisingly common and can cause considerable stress and anxiety.

If you would like to support Anxiety UK, my chosen charity then please do make a donation.  Thank you.

Thank you all for your donations.

Whether you've heard me speak, attended a workshop, found my website and tips, or picked my brains on the topic in some other way.  It's a pleasure to spread the word on the imposter syndrome, increase confidence in individuals and bust a few myths along the way.
