After hanging up my running shoes over 12 years ago, I have decided to run the Bamburgh 10k in support of Mind in Harrogate.  Mind Support people with Mental Health issues. Giving them a safe place to relax and chat.  If you could  donate that would be fantastic as its for a very worthy cause.  Every penny counts!!  I'm not going to find this easy but I'm going to do it!!!
