Randy and Izzie - Charity Run
We are taking on a massive 10k run to support child amputees in less developed countries and prove that we aren't super unfit!
Raising money for
Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope
On 3rd September, we are taking part in Parallel London, running a 10k race for the charity ELoH, which supports child amputees in less developed countries. Izzie has been working for ELoH for the past four years and has seen first hand how much of a difference ELoH's support makes for the children in their projects.
For as little as £30 you can send a child amputee to school in Sierra Leone, for £90 you can buy a prosthetic limb. This doesn't go very far in the UK, but in ELoH's project countries, this money can change lives.
Thanks so much for your support, it really means a lot!
Parallel London - 10k
Parallel London is the world's first fully inclusive mass participation event - so it's the perfect match for a charity that supports child amputees.
Parallel London is a fully accessible run at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday, 3 September 2017.
People can run a variety of differences or take part wearing prosthetics, using crutches or their wheelchairs - we'll do our best to keep up!
