About

EYAI provides young adults with practical training in a work environment alongside mentoring to support them to gain long term employment in the Thame and Aylesbury area, in doing so helping them to gain the self confidence and development to become productive members of our community.EYAI was founded by Jo Brown and Rev. Pippa Soundy through the experience Jo had been through supporting her son and his friends in their early 20's struggling to improve their personal situations including trying to gain employment with none or little work experience or qualifications/training. EYAI works slightly different to most organisations as they combine self development/worth alongside practical work experience, with the mentor working closely with both the young adult and the employer to help them continue in employment.
