During our 2016 visit to Uganda, the hospital's Reverend asked Pippa Barlow, our volunteer therapeutic play trainer, to assess the suitability of one of her course attendees as an additional volunteer on the children's ward, whose voluntary work would consist solely of conducting much-needed play and engagement activities with the children. He turned out to be fantastic with the children, and very suited to this role.

Event details

In order to fund Dismas for the next year, we need to reach a total of £800 (which, with gift aid, works out to £30 each between 20 people). Luna is therefore asking the Friends of Butabika Children's Ward to consider each making a personal contribution towards reaching this goal.
