Reido Does The Prudential Ride London (100 miles)
Will You Support Me Support Our Samaritan Branch?
Since November 2013 i have been a volunteer at my local Samaritan branch in Hillingdon.
This yeari would like to raise funds that contribute to the running and upkeep or our branch. It costs just £50 per day to run Hillingdon Samaritans, , but we still need to raise these vital funds to allow us to support our callers when they need us most.
I have been cycling since the age of "a lot younger than today" whilst living in Glasgow. Cycling was one of my main hobbies.
I have entered many cycling sportives whilst living in London, which include London to Oxford (65 miles) London to Cambridge (65 miles) and London to Southend (60 miles)
In 2012 i conquered my ultimate dream, and that was to cycle from John O Groats to Lands End, a total mileage of 996 miles in 9 days.
I am now cycling on average 170 miles a week with commuting into my workplace at Paddington.
