Conlon Construction Fundraising Page 2018
Thank you for visiting our page.
At Conlon we are committed to going above and beyond in our communities, supporting worthwhile causes to maximise the benefit that our support has across a variety of sectors.
Over 20 members of staff have volunteered to take part in the Peel Tower Abseil on April 22nd 2018; none of whom have undertaken a similar challenge in the past.
Please give what you can to support our cause and nominated charity for 2017 / 2018 - the North West Children's Support Group.
NWCSG provide holidays and social events for disadvantaged and disabled children in Lancashire.
The young people in our communities who benefit from these experiences are the ones who need them most, and who will otherwise not have a holiday and who need the opportunity to share experiences on a social level.
In being given an opportunity to participate in a NWCSG holiday or event, parents are given rare and much need respite.
Nobody is employed by NWCSG - all helpers and staff are volunteers, so 100% of your donation will go to making a difference to the lives of young people in Lancashire.
Peel Tower Abseil
An intrepid team of Conlon employees and supporters will be stepping off a perfectly well built structure, The Peel Tower, in the name of Charity. On the day, other names may well be used......
The tower occupies a prominent position on Holcombe Hill, 1100 Feet above sea level and is 128 Feet (39 metres) high.
We are hoping for good weather so we can enjoy the views along with a barbeque and some banter.
We are expecting to be at the tower most of the day so feel free to just call over and say hello!!
Thank you in advance for your support of our team for such a great cause.
