About

The cyclists doing this ride are a very mixed bag, some experienced and others less so. Some will ride the whole route and others one or more legs. The riders have set out to raise money for Christ Church in Eaton to upgrade the facilities. (There are still some spaces for those who would like to ride one or two days of the route.)

Event details

LE2L - Land's End to Lowestoft

The ride will cover approximately 450 miles and the riders expect this will take six days. They will start on the 19th of June and hope to roll onto the beach at Lowestoft on June the 24th.

The route will carry the riders first from Land's End to Lostwithel, then these foolhardy riders will cycle over Dartmoor to Exeter on day two. The target for the third day is to ride to Fome before setting off for Oxford on day four. Day five will take the riders from Oxford to Cambridge and the final leg leg will bring riders back to Norwich after setting off early from Cambridge to arrive at Ness Point on day 6.
Some will cover the whole distance but others will ride one or 2 days.
