About

So a year ago, I was fairly unfit and somebody (I'm looking at you Dr Rison) asked if I would consider running the Birmingham Half Marathon; stupidly I agreed!! In the months that followed, I endured a tough exercise regime (with the odd chip shop visit thrown in - for the protein) and when it came to the run, I barely made it around, running the vast majority. This year, I am back to do better.......all in the name offffffff.........BIRMINGHAM PHAB CAMPS.

Please, please donate!!!!

Late 30's, dodgy knee and an ice-cream addict, what can possibly go wrong??
