There is trio of ex service men two that are well over the hill Paul Hyde and Bob MacRae-Clifton and another that was badly injured whilst serving his country in Afghanistan, losing his leg below the knee, Johno Lee. We will be supported by our sponsors and from a local gym in newark.

Run a 5K at The UK’s Premier Obstacle Course Race

To run the 5K as quick as possible without killing ourselves and raise awareness money but also enjoy the moment and support everyone
