About

We have chosen the following charities –

SAMH Scotland’s oldest mental health charity who provide mental health and social care support across Scotland. They are recognised for their programme work in See Me, Respect Me, suicide prevention and sport and physical activity to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Chris Mitchell Foundation – Set up in the memory of professional footballer Chris Mitchell. Their vision is to dispel the stigma associated with mental health in Scottish football and for it to be integrated in to health and fitness programmes. They aim to bring to the forefront the need for awareness of mental health and wellbeing within the football industry and to raise awareness on a national scale.
