44 Motivational Talks in 1 Day
Richard McCann is hosting 44 talks in 44 different offices across Leeds on Monday 20th May in support of The Leeds Fund.
At only 5 years old, and on the 44th week of the year, Richard lost his mother in 1975 – she was the first victim of the Yorkshire Ripper, Peter Sutcliffe. From being written off to being written about, Richard overcame problems with drugs and prison and turned his life around, becoming a motivational speaker inspiring audiences with his story of overcoming adversity.
We are asking everyone who hosts a presentation to a donate a minimum of £44 to The Leeds Fund to help create positive change in the communities of Leeds that need it most.
Cheque donations can be made payable to The Leeds Fund and sent to:

Support The Leeds Fund
The Leeds Fund to bridge the gap between those in need and those with the ability to help. Working with individuals and private businesses, The Leeds Fund distributes grants to community groups, enabling the sector to help solve the challenges we face as a city. From 2019, The Leeds Fund’s strategic priority is Loneliness and Inclusion.
With over 37,000 people in Leeds affected by loneliness and around 160,000 people living in neighbourhoods that are amongst the 10% most deprived in England, we are committed to supporting community based projects that build a happier, healthier and more connected city.
Thank you for your support!
