Wear Yellow for the 2017 Year of Mental Health

Mental health issues affect so many people in our community, yet still people are afraid to speak out and many suffer in silence, often for years.

Here in Berkshire we are taking a stand and raising awareness of the issue in the hope that people will speak out and get the help they so desperately need.

You can show your support by choosing a day in July to shine bright for Brighter Berkshire’s 2017 Year of Mental Health.

Venture into your wardrobe and dig out any bright yellow item. Get your friends and colleagues to join in and between you will be helping the Brighter Berkshire 2017 Year of Mental Health to stand up and stand out against the stigma which is still associated with mental health issues.
