Medal Cabinet

Help us Save this Cabinet from Export.

Owing to its national importance, this cabinet has been subject to an export stop from the Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art until 28 July 2014. The cabinet has been in Britain since the 19th century. We urgently need to raise £534,000 by 28 July to acquire it or it will be exported by an overseas purchaser.

What an exquisite piece of furniture, I hope it stays in this country. Wishing for a generous 'top-up' to our donations here to make that happen.
