2018 is the Year of Young People and the Hospitality IndustryTrust is planning to HIT the Wall for a very special project. On the 22nd of May 2017 an intrepid group of explorers will set off to conquer the Great Wall of China. Every penny raised will go towards offering up to 218 emerging talent scholarships to the next generation of our fantastic industry!
