Accountancy Training Course

After the success of our first 2 training courses in 2012 & 2013 we will be repeating this partner project in March 2014. The course will train 30 young people from destitute slums in the city of Cali, Colombia in IT/Accountancy & corresponding software systems. The course comprises a 3-month theoretical phase and then a 3-month practical work experience phase where the apprentice will be tutored in a local firm. Included in the course is an essential life skills component which will provide personal/family support and teach the values and conduct required to succeed both in the workplace and other important aspects of life.

Accountancy is currently the most in demand career in the region and the necessity for trained accountants is very high. Courses like these are not only necessary but essential for their survival. Please donate and give 30 young people an opportunity to transform their lives forever!
