Hello there!

Thank you for visiting our profile page on MyDonate.

Each year it costs us over £50,000 to open our doors, put on exhibitions, provide our learning programme and care for the regimental collections.

We have 3 staff, supported by a fantastic team of volunteers who work hard to welcome everyone to the museum, share our soldiers' stories and ensure the conservation and future preservation of the collections.

Donations are vitally important in ensuring every visitor to us has a memorable and enjoyable experience, and that we can continue to tell our soldiers' stories.

Please consider a donation to our charity - your gift can really make a difference.

Our charity is eligible for Gift Aid

York Army Museum
A former Territorial Army drill hall located in the heart of York is the site of the York Army Museum, created from the amalgamation of two regimental museums: the museum of the Royal Dragoon Guards and the museum of the Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire.

The York Army Museum was opened by His Royal Highness the Duke of York KG on 13 May 2015 and has celebrated a successful first two years of operations, being regularly referred to as 'one of York's hidden gems'.
