The Emma Campbell Trust

Charity description

The Emma Campbell Trust logo
The Emma Campbell Trust awards grants to charities whose mission is to turn young people's experiences of disadvantage into solutions that support their transition to adult independence.

The Charity was set up in memory to Em whose life was tragically cut short before her 30th birthday. Em always wanted to support people to fulfil their potential and this Trust will continue what she believed in so passionately.

We choose to support charities that develop the confidence and capabilities of young people aged between 16-25.
So far with your generous donations we have awarded grants to:-

-the 'First Steps' Programme run by Step by Step Partnership based in Aldershot who empower homeless young people and those facing adversity

-'Shaping Your Future' initiative run by Villiers Park Education Trust in Cambridgeshire who work with some of the brightest and most able young people in the UK from low income backgrounds to provide education and employability experiences through mentoring which raise both aspirations and attainment.

- 'Young Parents Mentoring' run by The Source who empower young parents who have complex situations and multiple needs

-'Bike Start' run by The Source which mentors young people to learn new skills through upcycling bikes

Help us to inspire these young people and fulfil their potential by making a donation to the Emma Campbell Trust.
