Charity description

The Clubhouse Project logo
The Clubhouse Project is a person-centred day service to empower disabled adults to a more independent future.

The Clubhouse Project supports people with a learning and/or physical disability
living in Surrey and the surrounding areas.

We take a ‘Person Centred Approach’ by supporting people to develop the skills
and knowledge they need to express themselves as a unique individual and feel confident and competent within their local community.

We support them to develop the skills that include relationship building and
community inclusion so that they can make choices and be in control of
decisions that affect their lives.

We strive to support people towards independence in as many areas of their life as
possible, helping them to explore life’s opportunities and access pathways to
leisure activities, community resources, education and employment.

We also endeavour to support families and carers in their caring role by offering
advice, practical support and respite breaks away from their caring
responsibilities during the day time.
