PwC Ride The Nation logo
Ride the Nation is PwC UK's iconic charity cycle challenge taking place in June 2017, the inaugural event, was held in May 2015.

The event aims to physically connect all 31 offices in the UK network by means of a cycling relay, including offices in the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Ride the Nation 2015 remains the single largest event of its kind the UK firm has embarked upon, raising over £150,000 for The PwC Foundation and charities local to each and every office in the UK network, with over 700 staff taking part on their bikes with support from all grades of staff in all offices nationwide.

The event was conceived and continues to be organised and run solely by PwC staff, to demonstrate the firms ethos of doing the right thing in our communities, what can be achieved when we work together as One Firm and to physically connect us all in a way that, before May 2015, had never been done before.

100% of all donations received for Ride the Nation will go to the charities the event will be supporting. Those donations will be split 50/50 between each offices chosen local charity and the PwC Foundation’s Race for £3 million. What is The Race for £3 million? It is the PwC Foundation’s firmwide fundraising challenge to raise £3 million for charities tackling health, education and employability issues, those being: National Literacy Trust, Groundwork, Alzheimer’s Society, Alzheimer Scotland, Wellbeing of Women and Beyond Food Foundation.
