Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust
There are over 10,000 people in the UK who suffer with Pulmonary Fibrosis. There are no satisfactory treatments available, and the only hope for sufferers is to get a lung transplant. Many GPs never see a case during their working life, and knowledge of treatment is very sketchy. Patients often have to give up work or move house as many patients get very breathless on exercise.
