We help people build resilience and achieve social well-being through a range of weekly facilitated groups and activities, all closely connected to our community. We work to tackle the stigma surrounding mental illness as well as providing opportunities for volunteering and employment. We also work with local schools to bring the subject of mental health and well-being into the learning environment, using innovative approaches such as mental fitness workshops.
