MAKE A DIFFERENCE: give gifts of compassion this year
This Christmas, if you’d like to give something truly meaningful and side-step the energy and waste associated with making, packaging and wrapping so many gifts, we’d love to invite you to give the gifts of compassion.
Your gift will directly and positively help someone who's sought international protection because of the enormous suffering they have endured and because they cannot safely live in the country they were born in.
It is super easy to do, just select the gifts of compassion you’d like below, follow the simple prompts and we’ll send you a big thank you in an email! You’ll have made a difference to the lives of people who otherwise have so little.
£6.80 gifts one session of our specialist yoga to a refugee or someone who's seeking international protection in the UK
£20.40 gifts a package of three specialist yoga sessions to a refugee or someone who's seeking international protection in the UK + something to eat or drink in a warm and welcoming place

£ my own choice!

If you’d prefer to give a little every month (or give someone you love the gift of you doing so on their behalf) then you can choose to do so here. To give you an idea, if you give £6.80 a month for a year, you would enable someone who is a refugee or seeking asylum to step onto their yoga mat at one of our specialist yoga sessions for a whole two terms.
Like this but you don’t have a t-shirt to wear? Maybe a loved one would like the gift of a t-shirt that gives?
We can help! We have three different t-shirts we hope you love and some very special other little gifts too. Check out our online shop to have a look.
