As a charity, we are reliant up on donations of various kinds to keep our doors open and deliver our vital work. The demand for our service has never been higher and your support is critical in enabling those who need somewhere to turn for help, get the right advice and information they need.

We are forever grateful to the many individuals and organizations who support us in this way but we would love to do more. We have lots of ideas to better benefit our clients that are just waiting for the finance to turn them into reality.

No matter now big or small your donation, we'll spend it wisely ensuring our clients are at the forefront of what we do.

North Ayrshire Citizens Advice Service (NACAS) is part of the Citizens Advice network, a well-recognised and respected brand, providing a comprehensive and holistic approach to advice giving.

Where a client presents with any issue, NACAS advisers will research their entire circumstances to ensure all available options and outcomes are offered and recorded in all instances.  By employing this approach NACAS achieves and continues to deliver on positive outcomes for those seeking our help and support.

It is important to note that we are not a government body and must raise funds ourselves in order to keep supporting the local people who need our services. We do this by applying for grant funding or tendering to deliver local services. However, we also rely on public donations to be able to service the needs of all our clients.

Please donate and give our service  future.
