Meetings Industry Meeting Needs
You can only make a monthly donation to Meetings Industry Meeting Needs if you are a registered user of BT MyDonate. Then you will need to log in to your MyDonate account. If you are not yet registered on MyDonate, you will need to do this first (see ‘register’ button at top right of this page). You will then receive an email with a link and you will be asked for your email address and password. Then click on 'Donate to charity' and search for Meetings Industry Meeting Needs. Hit the 'enter' button or click on 'Search now'.
When MIMN appears, click 'Donate now'. Select 'regular' from the drop-down box and click on a button to specify the amount £10 or insert an amount from monthly in the 'Other' box. Your first payment will be taken on the day you set up your monthly donation. All future payments will be taken monthly, from the date you specify. Select the relevant Gift Aid button (if you are a UK tax payer, this increases the value of donations to charities by allowing them to reclaim basic rate tax on your donation). The 'Card owner details' section will already be populated with your details so you won't need to add these again unless the card you are using belongs to someone else, in which case, their details will need to be added. You will receive an e-mail with details of your donation and details of future monthly donations.
