Charity description

Leasehold Knowledge Partnership logo
The Leasehold Knowledge Partnership seeks to represent the interests of residential leaseholders and end unfairness in this form of property tenure.

Our patrons are the MPs Sir Peter Bottomley (Conservative), Sir Ed Davey (LibDem) and Jim Fitzpatrick (Labour), and we provide the secretariat to the new All Party Parliamentary Group on leasehold and commonhold, formed on September 7 2016.

We also report the sector in award-winning editorial coverage, highlighting abuses and inconsistencies to be found in leasehold.

The work of LKP has been reported by all UK media.
