Fairfield Opportunity Farm (Dilton) Ltd (also known as Fairfield Farm College) is an Independent Specialist College for students with learning disabilities which provides day and residential courses. The courses are individualised to meet the learning needs of each student. The college specialises in working with young people who are interested in gaining pre vocational and independence skills. Our mission statement is: To provide our students with opportunities to learn new skills which prepare them for adult life in the community.

The college site is a 26 acre farm in the village of Dilton Marsh in Wiltshire. Connexions Personal Advisors can help potential students to apply for funding to attend the College.The Pre-Vocational Training and Independence Skills courses are suitable for students aged between sixteen and twenty five years old. The courses are individualised to meet the learning needs of each student. Literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills are embedded into all aspects of the courses. After the first term students can increase or decrease the time they spend learning different vocational and work based learning skills dependent on their individual interests and their long term goals. Students also enjoy a range of social activities decided primarily by themselves through the Student Council.
