Our aim is to provide young people from the most disadvantaged schools with vital tools to support new routes into work and University.

Access Aspiration is a London based charity offering work experience and employability training to the most underprivileged schools. Currently we work with 25 state schools and we introduce the programme to 1,500 students annually.

Our programme is completely FREE to schools which enables us to concentrate on the quality the work we do. In order to achieve our ambitious annual programme Access relies on generous donations from forward-thinking corporate supporters and philanthropic individuals. Access Aspiration enables employers to engage with potential future employees ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

We work with significantly disadvantaged schools who are struggling to provide aspirational work placements and networking opportunities.
Participating in an industry insight event for as little as two hours enables young people to understand more clearly where their talent will fit.

Without Access the students we work with would not gain industry insights, begin building a network or have access to such high calibre employers. As our students move on to University and embark on their careers we can see the real benefit that comes from our work.

We provide:
  • industry insights
  • mock interviews
  • employability training
  • work experience
  • which we believe leads to greater confidence, better networks, greater ability at interview and stronger personal statements therefore increasing a young person's chances of getting a good job or getting into the University and course of their choice.
